Open Gates Home School is different – it is part of our ministry. We endeavour to assist parents to home school their children and disciple them. Knowledge alone is like giving a fool authority over a country. Godly wisdom is to be careful in your decision making acknowledging God in everything. The beginning of wisdom is to fear God.

Open Gates Home School is making use of the THINK DIGITAL ACADEMY program. The learners have a choice between CAPS, GEM, and CAMBRIDGE curricula. We welcome learners from Grade 3 to 10. Every learner works according to their own pace and motivation. The lessons are designed to keep the learner’s attention and to taste success all the time. Every day starts with an hour of Bible Education. We praise and worship, bible memory verses, a Bible lesson, and then a practical, like HOW to read my Bible and HOW to pray. We love to do practical lessons like cooking, painting, welding, sewing etc.
Pastor Clarke and Mrs Taryn Clarke have over 20 years of private school experience. We love children and love seeing children be successful and God-fearing. We need leaders with integrity who will impact the community for God’s glory.
