Roland Roller are manufacturers and suppliers of lightweight rollers for linear screens; idlers, frames and brackets for conveyors. We manufacture to standard specifications or to the customers specific requirements. We also do repairs of pumps and drive rollers.
We manufacture specially designed lightweight linear screen rollers that are rubberised on the outside diameter. The advantages of lightweight rollers are that they reduce the load on linear screen bearings, therefore reducing maintenance cost, which leads to increased production due to less down time. Lightweight rollers are quick, easy, and safe to replace, reducing down time during breakdowns.

- 3700mm x 127mm x 45mm
- 3700mm x 152mm x 45mm
- 4700mm x 152mm x 45/50mm
- 4700mm x 177mm x 45/50mm
We also supply steel conveyor idlers, steel troughing idlers in various standard sizes, 127mm Series 20, 25 and 30. Sizes vary from the smaller size of 170mm to 2518mm in length. Roland Roller also supplies conveyor idler frames in all standard belt widths from 400mm to 2400mm and do repairs on pumps and driver rollers.
